BAKE A DIFFERENCE!We are looking for a HEAD PASTRY CHEF/BOH OPERATIONS (FULL-TIME) who will be responsible for training, leading, and overseeing daily operations in our bakeries. This role covers areas such as purchasing, scheduling, inventory management, and product manufacturing. The Head Pastry Chef will also be accountable for profit and loss (P&L), driving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Paid time off, team perks, and employee discounts ServSafe Manager Course/Exam reimbursement A day in the life: Manage multiple site operations by overseeing repairs leading operational standards training and coaching Oversee all baking functions of the kitchen(s) Develop and scale production and distribution processes for all locations HR coordination: roll out policies, manage labor, and structure scheduling Lead menu development test redevelop/develop recipes and processes Manage inventory and purchasing of supplies and cost control Transport product as needed Collaborate with the corporate team in business development and projects Work on administrative projects: emails research and organizing Understand and learn basic roles: baking/cashiering and providing support as needed Assist with planning and rolling out in-store promotions Build team culture event planning incentives and training coordination Some driving/delivering of items/company errands as needed Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Develop documents/spreadsheets diagrams and process maps to document needs Use and continually develop leadership skills Perform other related duties as assigned What you bring to the table: Be a morning person 3+ years baking experience 2+ years management experience Culinary degree preferred baking/pastries Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite and POS platform Ability to manage lead motivate and build efficient teams High energy and engaging personality with professional demeanor Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time (8+ hours a day) Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays (according to customer demand) ServSafe Food Manager Certification holder/obtain certification within 30 days of employment Location:18005 Sky Park Circle, Suite A, Irvine, CA, 92614
