Position: Prep cook / Line cook
Location: Brea, CA
Hours: Full-time/Part-time
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
Maintain a clean and organized work station
Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure timely and efficient service
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with inventory management and ordering as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Competitive pay
Pay is $16.00 an hour + Tips. Pool tips are averaging $4-$8 an hour so your pay will average around $20 - $24 depending on the day, time and shift.
