Renowned French Chef Tony Esnault is searching for one-of-a-kind talent to join his elite new dining option at South Coast Plaza! His haute new restaurant Knife Pleat will be the most anticipated opening of Orange County this year. Our patrons will be looking to have an experience not many restaurants can provide.
Our cuisine will be French, while utilizing California terroir. The feel will be elegant, yet capturing a sense of home. The restaurant will be family, as we work in unison to achieve purpose.

Server Assistant (Busser)

Host / Hostess

Server / Waiter
Previous experience in similar upscale restaurant is preferred. Great attitude with a smile is a must!
