Chaak Kitchen, located in Old Town Tustin, is a Michelin Bib Gourmand-rated restaurant known for its unique flavors. We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef to lead morning prep and play a vital role in our future success.

-Excellent Communication & Teamwork: Must work well with FOH management, other chefs, and lead the kitchen team to foster a positive and cohesive team environment.

The Role:
-Inventory Management: Accept and organize deliveries, put food away, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
-Prep Plan & Pars: Follow a detailed prep plan and ensure pars are set and maintained.
-Recipe Consistency: Maintain the exact flavors and quality that make Chaak Kitchen unique.
-Team Leadership: Work closely with the FOH and kitchen teams to create a collaborative, positive, and high-performing atmosphere.
