Orange County's premier resort style Hotel and Sports Fitness club is seeking to discover an engaging ambassador to join the Food and Beverage team. Renaissance ClubSport is a unique concept featuring a 174-room boutique style Four Diamond Hotel, 6,000 sq. ft. Meeting Space, 75k sq. ft. Sports Fitness Club, Day Spa, Bistro, Deli, Sports Bar and Lounge. The Sports Fitness Club includes an aquatic center featuring a 25-yard lap pool, exercise pool, adult outdoor spa and children's area, which includes a wading pool, children's outdoor spa and Splash Park.

MISSION
To provide high quality, consistent and efficient preparation of customer food orders. Follow all recipes and portion guidelines precisely. Be familiar with preparation and presentation standards for all menu items and daily specials. To keep the line areas clean, stocked and sanitary. Match work pace to order volume; put forth best effort to produce orders as quickly as possible while maintaining quality. Use and operate all kitchen equipment, tools and utensils properly and carefully.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Bus tables according to standard procedures
Continually remove dirty dishes, glasses and flatware from guests’ tables throughout the dining experience
Use proper cleaning cloth to wipe tables
Remove dishes to breakdown station, keeping the station clean and neat at all times, and handling all dishes and glassware carefully
Keep service stations clean and neat throughout shift
Respond to any customer request, and assist servers in providing fast, efficient and friendly service
Be knowledgeable about all table and seat numbers, use records, seat/greet policy, and proper food presentation
Know and follow all service standards
Carefully and properly stack trays
Do all necessary side work as per side work schedule
Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for all associates and guests
When needed, assist the servers in running food orders from the kitchen
Follow all opening and closing procedures for Busser as outlined by the Food and Beverage Manager or Supervisor
Assist with catered functions as requested
Cross-train in other restaurant positions
Communicate all guest and customer comments to the Food and Beverage Manager or Supervisor
Other responsibilities as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager or Supervisor
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates, with or without reasonable accommodations, must be able to:
Read, speak, write, hear and see
Stand and walk for prolonged periods
Bend, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Handle breakables and hot dishes
Display manual dexterity and coordination
Perform general housekeeping work
