Vibe Organic Kitchen (@eatdrinkvibe) is an all organic, healthy eating concept with 3 locations in Orange County and plans to grow next year.
Now hiring an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the culinary operation at all of our locations- primarily based at our Costa Mesa location however this position will be overseeing and performing regular visits to our Newport Beach and Dana Point restaurants. This is a great position for a food professional with an interest in health & wellness to take their career to the next level.
The ideal candidate will ensure our kitchen team is happy and looked after, food prep and cooking is consistent, and facilities are well organized and immaculately clean.
Responsibilities include:
-Manage and develop kitchen staff
-Supervise food prep and cooking
-Oversee ordering of food supplies and kitchen equipment, as needed
-Store food products in compliance with safety practices (e.g. in refrigerators)
-Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area
-Keep weekly and monthly cost reports
