Beach Animal Urgent Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in healthcare, with veterinary experience preferred, and a strong passion for providing exceptional care to both our patients and their owners.
Main Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and empathy, addressing inquiries and concerns from pet owners.
Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal use of resources while accommodating client needs.
Provide exceptional patient care by assisting clients in understanding our services and guiding them through the appointment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.
Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication regarding patient needs.
Address and resolve client issues or complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Uphold a professional demeanor and represent Beach Animal Urgent Care with integrity and expertise.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting; veterinary experience preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional customer service skills with a compassionate approach.
Proficiency in using scheduling software and other office equipment.
