We seek a dedicated Patient Service Coordinator for our Emergency Room in Mission Viejo, CA.
This is a full-time role with 10-hour shifts, from 5 PM to 5 AM, Monday to Sunday (40 hours per week).
The position offers competitive pay, up to $26/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service to patients and families.
-Perform data entry to ensure accurate patient information is entered into the system.
-Assist in maintaining smooth operations in a fast-paced emergency room environment.
Requirements:
-Strong background in customer service.
-Proficient in data entry and handling patient records.
-Experience working in a healthcare setting is a plus.
-Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
