As a Direct Support Professional, you will:
Work at a home and community based human services agency
Support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD)
Be involved in an energetic, teamwork-focused atmosphere
Take on the roles of teacher, mentor, guide, and advocate
You should support clients with:
Community access
Personal care
Medical appointments
Peer interactions
Recreational activities
Requirements:
Good judgment
Excellent communication skills
Rapid problem-solving
Team collaboration
The successful candidate must attend all required agency training and display a willingness to accept and implement feedback from our leadership team.
