Looking for full-time office managers and/or part-time medical assistants in pediatric/pulmonary/endocrine medical offices in Newport Beach.
For full-time office manager position:
- At least one year of experience working in a medical office is required
- Must have basic knowledge of billing and insurances
- Must be able to perform front office duties such as answering phone calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, calling in prescriptions, handling medical records (filing, retrieving, and faxing), etc.
For part-time medical assistant position:
- No experience or certification needed
- Minimum of 30 hours is required during office hours (Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 6:30pm)
- College students with career aspirations in the medical field and are looking for a great letter of recommendation are preferred
