Our Intermediate Care Facility is looking for a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team and provide quality care in a 6-bed setting.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and monitoring health conditions.
Assist with daily living activities and ensure residents’ safety and well-being.
Work collaboratively with caregivers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Follow all state and facility regulations regarding care and safety.
Requirements:
Active LVN license in CA
CPR certification
Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented
