I'm am searching for likeminded practitioners to share my beautiful office space with. The office is bright, clean, high-vibe, and the perfect holistic healing haven.
I'm an acupuncturist and functional medicine practitioner who specializes in gut health, anxiety, and pain relief and my goal is to create a collaborative community where we can refer patients to each other, elevate our practices and create a healing hub that leaves a lasting impact.
I have a few different rental options available so please email me with which of the following best suits your needs. I am open to different arrangements but I am not looking to rent by the hour. I'm looking for something more consistent and someone who I can build a working relationship with.
1. SHARED TREATMENT ROOMS:
You'll be sharing a room with me so it's available when I'm not in the office. There isn't much storage space in the office so this is ideal for an acupuncturist, massage therapist or someone who doesn't have a lot of supplies/is okay with bringing them in daily. You provide all of your supplies aside for the treatment table and bench that are in the room.
PS Acupuncturists there's availability to rent multiple rooms for those who need more than one room at once!
AVAILABILITY:
Sat-Mon all day
Tu-Th mornings until 2pm
Friday after 3pm
PRICING:
A) FULL -TIME (all the availability listed above) - $700/mo
B) DAILY starting at $50/half day (7am-2pm or 3-9pm) and $80/full day (Sat, Sun, Mon only)
For example, 4 days per month (ex: Mondays from 3-9pm) is $200 for half day and $320 for full (ex: all day Saturdays)
The more days per week you commit to, the cheaper it becomes per day. (2 days/week minimum)
2. SHARED OFFICE SPACE
Great for a LMFT / Therapist / Life Coach / Naturopath / Nutritionist / Counselor / Psychologist / Hypnotherapist. This will be a shared office with a desk and seating area.
Pricing will vary depending on the number of days you do per month. (2 days/week minimum)

$1100 full time (24/7) - you will furnish this yourself.
