We are seeking a responsible and proactive Shift Leader to manage store operations during assigned shifts. This role includes supervising staff, maintaining quality and cleanliness standards, and ensuring smooth shift transitions.
Responsibilities
Oversee food quality and cleanliness checks
Assign tasks and manage team workflow
Train and support new staff hands-on
Handle shift-related issues and problem-solving
Communicate with team and management
Issue verbal warnings when necessary
Complete end-of-shift report (orders, staff, inventory, equipment, kitchen, etc.)
Report any issues before leaving shift
Maintain uniform and professional appearance
Must be covered only by another Shift Leader
Complete Harassment Certificate within 15 days
Qualifications
Previous leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Flexible availability (including weekends/holidays)
Reliable, organized, and team-focused
Must know or be willing to learn Uroko policies
Eligible to hold store keys
Rate: $18.00-$23.00 (Based on experience)
Schedule: Flexible shifts, coverage required as needed
