We are looking for honest and reliable skilled construction day laborers who can assist us with several construction projects in Orange County.
Responsibilities:
Perform general labor tasks, including lifting, moving, and organizing materials
Perform basic construction treads
Assist with site clean-up and basic maintenance duties
Support skilled workers by carrying out simple instructions
Operate basic tools and equipment as directed (training provided if needed)
Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
Requirements:
Flexible Availability: Able to work on short notice with no fixed schedule
Capable of performing physically demanding tasks (lifting, standing for extended periods)
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
Strong commitment to show up when called
Familiarity with hand tools
Adherence to all safety guidelines and regulations
Ability to work cooperatively with others in a fast-paced environment
Speak fluent English
Has reliable transporation
