Requirements:
- Must possess a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license (You will be responsible for driving the company trucks).
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Willingness to learn various trades within the company.
- Must have a tool belt equipped with basic hand tools, a drill, and an impact driver.
- Desire to start building a collection of cordless tools, a corded skill saw, and levels. The company will provide large tools and special equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for picking up materials and debris from job sites once or twice a week.

Responsibilities
- Unload and transport materials at construction sites.
- Remove debris and discarded materials from the site.
- Drive a flatbed truck to pick up and deliver materials.
- Operate a dump truck to collect trash from job sites and transport it to the dump.
- Confirm that tasks are completed.
- Report completed work and any delays to the Foreman or Project Manager.
- Notify the Foreman or Project Manager if a change order is necessary.
- Report any injuries that occur on-site, whether involving employees or non-employees.
- Ensure that the job site is kept clean and meets our standards every day.
- Act as a problem solver on-site.
- Perform quality control on your completed work.
- Return all materials and job site tools to their designated spots at the end of each day.
Other Requirements
- Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and balance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a smartphone (Benefit: we provide a $25/month phone reimbursement)
- Proven experience as a construction foreman
- Thorough understanding of construction procedures, equipment, and occupational safety and health (OSH) guidelines
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and blueprints
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Effective communication and reporting abilities
- Strong aptitude in mathematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition and stamina
- High school diploma or a diploma in a skilled trade (e.g., electrician, carpenter, etc.)
