THERE IS A MAINTENANCE POSITION OPEN IMMEDIATELY AT OUR COMMUNITY:
The position requires the maintenance technician to:
Repair or replace maintenance requests
Help turn the units
Help keep the property clean
Help with repairs to exteriors of the buildings
Skills include: painting, plumbing, carpenter work and basic skills as required by the supervisor to include electrical.
Benefits include, health insurance, two weeks paid vacation, eight paid holidays and five sick days.
