There is a maintenance technician position open immediately at our community.
The position requires the maintenance technician to:
Repair or replace maintenance requests.
Help with turning the units.
Help keep the property clean.
Help with repairs to the exteriors of the buildings.
Skills include: painting, plumbing, carpenter work and basic skills as required by the supervisor to include electrical.
