We're a trial firm seeking an Attorney. The ideal applicant will want to work in a fast-paced, trial-focused environment. The role will be tailored to the applicant's strengths and experience. Our practice specializes in representing Personal Injury Plaintiffs at trial and/or during arbitration, and takes cases from all over California.
To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Civil Litigation for our Associate position, and 5-7 years' experience for our Senior Attorney position. This position is remote but the applicant must have accessibility to attend Court hearings downtown Los Angeles, Kern County and Orange County, if necessary.
As a remote office, having a working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint) and FileVine is a plus.
