Solo immigration attorney seeks experienced immigration paralegal for removal defense and family-based cases. Must have:
- minimum 3 years of handling removal defense and family-based cases, including completion of all necessary forms and packets, managing clients and completing cases successfully with minimal supervision;
- fluency in English and Spanish, with experience in translating between both languages for immigration cases; and
- positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and common sense/sound judgment.
