What you will do:
Work with attorneys to prepare and file probate / trust administration and
litigation documents, petitions and supplements
Manage day-to-day client and potential client contacts
Recording deeds, e-filing and calendaring
Coordinate and arrange court appearances and tele-appearances
Work with attorneys and clients to propound and respond to discovery and motions
Must have three years of relevant experience.
