We are a Huntington Beach Firm seeking an experienced litigation paralegal or Attorney, who can navigate a case process from beginning to end. Must have experience drafting and filing pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses and motions. ABA Paralegal certification is encouraged but not required. Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must possess strong analytical skills to draft, proofread, and complete the case process. This position is full-time and involves working with high quality standards on low volume matters. Salary is commensurate with experience, and competitive. The position includes flexible hours and an excellent work life balance. Looking for a candidate that can handle document intensive matters and trial preparation.
