We are seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator to join our expanding health and wellness team! You will be responsible for the public relations initiatives of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a favorable public image for the organization
Cultivate, coordinate, and execute all public relations activities and events
Leverage existing relationships and cultivate new business contacts through networking, business to business, etc.
Work with other departments to help promote the business
Assist in the selection of marketing and promotional materials
Qualifications:
No previous experience in public relations or other related fields needed-training provided
Familiarity with social media is helpful
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Must have a reliable car
