Join Our Crew – Pre-Press / Production Position at Hot Shoppe Designs
Since 1984, Hot Shoppe Designs has been fueling the action sports world with custom apparel made right here in-house. We’re a vertically integrated manufacturing company specializing in high-performance gear for athletes and brands.
Now, we’re looking to add an enthusiastic, detail-driven teammate to Hot Shoppe's art department — but heads up, this is not an artist or graphic design position.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and organize digital artwork for production.
Nest pattern pieces with precision and efficiency.
Operate Hot Shoppe's large-format digital printers.
Help run the heat transfer machine and keep the workflow rolling.
Collaborate with a creative, passionate team who loves what they do.
What We’re Looking For:
Solid Adobe Illustrator skills (required).
Eagle-eye attention to detail.
Strong organizational chops.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
A positive, “let’s-do-this” attitude — enthusiasm counts here!
Experience in pre-press or production is a big plus.
