We are a thriving printing company in Santa Ana specializing in die-cut stickers and custom print solutions. As we prepare to expand to the East Coast, we're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and grow into a leadership role.
Position Overview
This is a unique opportunity to start in a part-time role and advance to a management position as you learn our business. Beginning with foundational tasks, you'll progressively take on more responsibilities in printer operations, customer service, and quality control, ultimately helping us launch our new location.
Schedule & Compensation
Phase 1 (Starting - March 2025): Part-time, Monday-Friday, 12pm-6pm
-$600/week
-Performance-based 10% increase opportunity after 4 months
-Christmas bonus (performance-based, details provided upon hire)
Phase 2 (March 2026+): Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm with 1-hour break
-$1200/week base pay
-Additional benefits and bonuses to be discussed
-Leadership responsibilities for East Coast expansion
Key Responsibilities
-Process and finish die-cut sticker orders
-Maintain organized, clean production environment
-Learn and operate various printing equipment
-Assist with quality control and order fulfillment
-Develop expertise in printing processes and business operations
-Eventually help manage and train new team members

Requirements
-This role requires standing for extended periods, repetitive motions, and lifting materials up to 60+ pounds multiple times daily.
-Comfortable working around dogs (friendly pets in workplace)
