Job Description:
This full-time, on-site role plays a crucial role in orchestrating the day-to-day operations of the Dietary Supplement Side team. With a primary focus on optimizing efficiency and maintaining stringent high-quality standards.
This position will involve operating machinery, performing quality control checks, and utilizing hand tools for machines like V-Blenders. Capsule Machine, Tablet machine, Granulation machine, labelling machine, weighing scale
$25 – $30 / hour DOE
Full-time : Monday – Friday: 12:30pm – 9pm
Must have 2 years of experience working in the Dietary Supplement industry
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Fluent in reading and writing in English.
Knowing Vietnamese is a plus.
Proven leadership skills with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
Knowledge of dietary supplement manufacturing processes according to FDA/ NSF and other regulatory guidelines.
Responsible for completion of batch records during manufacturing process
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise daily operations of the Dietary Supplement team.
Ensure adherence to cGMPs and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with production managers to meet production goals.
Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct regular quality checks to maintain product standards.
Communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams.
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.
Working Conditions:
Lift and carry up to 50lbs if necessary.
Stand for extended periods and move throughout the facility.
Exposure to manufacturing environments.
Schedule:
Potential for overtime.
On-site work, no remote options.
