Job duties include:
Operate Canon Colorado, Arizona and Epson Surecolor press. Run cutting machines (summa) and Multicam.
Perform all scheduled maintenance on machines, including changing blankets, rollers, and blades.
Follows strict adherence to all policies, procedures and compliance requirements
Drive continuous process improvements
Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department manager
Operate in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining all safety and OSHA standards
Successfully load job profiles, submit files correctly and accurately to the press for printing
Must keep work area clean and organized
Correctly perform a make-ready and run production with limited supervision on machines
Tracks materials and waste in department and records all consumables used on equipment
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience in setting up and running Canon Colorado, Arizona and Epson Surecolor
Experience running roll-fed/continuous feed systems and summa cutting machines
This position requires an individual who is technically and mechanically oriented
Perform all work and activities with honesty and integrity

Working Conditions
Must be able to perform the essential job duties. Work may be performed in an office, warehouse and/or manufacturing environment. Requires the ability to perform the following activities for the majority of the day: stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb. In addition, requires the ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds. May be exposed to noise and be required to wear hearing protection for the duration of the shift.
