ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The employee shall perform final inspection and in-process inspection in the electronics manufacturing industry using IEI work order traveler/device history records, customer drawings and work instructions. Must be able to communicate to all levels, up and down, and effectively explain any quality or manufacturing issues. Must also be able to utilize basic inspection equipment, read and understand manufacturing documentation including prints, BOM, wire lists, ECOs, and method instructions. Must be able to write simple reports and record inspection data.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have at least one year experience in a technical manufacturing environment, preferably in quality assurance.
MUST BE A U.S. PERSON.
ADA REQUIREMENTS:
The key physical requirements for this position include the ability to move within the distribution warehouse area, walking, sitting, standing, climbing, carrying, pushing/pulling and lifting 1–30 pounds occasionally.
EYE EXAM REQUIREMENT:
An annual eye exam is required due to the nature of our business and customer requirements.
