Job Title: 14-Color Manual Screenprint Operator
Position Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Manual Screenprint Operator capable of handling complex, multi-color designs on our 14-color manual press. This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of screen printing techniques, color matching, and machine operation to create consistent, high-quality prints.
Key Responsibilities:
-Operate and maintain a 14-color manual screen printing press to produce custom apparel and merchandise.
-Set up screens, inks, and materials for each job according to job specifications.
-Ensure precise color registration and print accuracy.
-Perform quality control checks throughout the production process to meet customer specifications.
-Troubleshoot issues with machinery, ink, and substrates.
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
-Communicate with the production team to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience operating a manual screen printing press (multi-color experience preferred).
-Strong knowledge of screen printing techniques, color theory, and inks.
-Ability to perform detailed, hands-on work with high attention to detail.
-Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
-Knowledge of press maintenance and troubleshooting.
-Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet tight deadlines.
