Job description
Pay $23.00-$28.00 TO START- D.O.E.
We currently are in need of two for our 1st shift: 7am-3:30 pm
and 2 for our 2nd shift:Hours are 3pm-11:30 pm M-F and may have some OT.
Machines we use are:
SamSung SM320, SM421, SM482
Dek Horizon 03ix
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned):
· Load feeders on the machine
· Run machine after programmer has made machine ready
· Load stencil and open program on dek
· Knows what resistor and caps are ics
· Knows how to center camera on feeder.
· Understand MSD levels
Definition of Level 2 operators
· Knows polarities on most components if they are easily defined.
· Can open programs on all the SMT machines, SPI , printer and oven
· Knows how to fix minimal issues with component (resistors and caps) size and lighting
· Knows what nozzles to use per size of component.
· Knows how to load vibratory feeder for ic sticks
· Knows how to load tray
· Can teach X and Y on tray loader.
· Understands stencil alignment and can adjust X and Y and pressure.

8 hour shift
We have openings for both `1st and 2nd shifts
