Commercial landscape contractor is seeking a personable, professional, reliable, detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or college courses and verifiable Accounting or Business experience. Responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:
Professionally communicating with customers, employees, and vendors
Assist in processing work authorizations using Microsoft Word
Process and input customer A/R invoices and payments using MAS100
Process and input vendor A/P invoices into MAS100
Maintain and organize A/P files
Review vendor statements to ensure listed invoices have been received

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Compensation starting at $25 to $37 hour depending on experience, with growth opportunities for those with a willingness to learn.
