Responsibilities & Duties
· Experience with QuickBooks and accounting Tax software
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping
· Coordinate and manage meetings and events
· Maintain office supplies and equipment
· Provide support to staff, including answering phones and responding to emails
· Process invoices and other financial transactions
· Perform various administrative tasks as needed including employee benefits, payroll and 401(k) administration.
· Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, including employee records, company financial data, and client information, to maintain privacy and security.
