Position: Administrative Assistant/Receptionist (Full Time-Temporary, in Office)

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant/Receptionist at Manning Law, APC. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the law firm’s day-to-day operations. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, with excellent multitasking abilities and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering, routing, and/or responding to incoming phone calls
Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Processing/Handling correspondence, including emails, letters, and other documents
Drafting, revising, organizing. and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
Maintaining accurate file records, calendars, and deadlines
Performing data entry, filing, and other administrative duties to support the legal team
Assisting with billing and invoicing
Completing special tasks as requested
Position Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Effective communication (verbal and written); must be comfortable speaking on the phone
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong willingness to learn new systems; adaptable to changes
Technical Requirements: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
