We are an all-women-owned aesthetics boutique located in Tustin, California. We are seeking an office assistant who is self-motivated, positive, customer-service oriented, and friendly to help us with administrative duties.
As an assistant, you will be responsible for:
- greeting customers
- managing appointments
- organizing the office
- answering phone calls
- daily operations
- light cleaning
To be successful in this role, you should be a people person, have excellent time management skills, be a team player, and be well-groomed. We require all applicants to have reliable transportation as well as flexible hours. Customer service experience is required!
