A growing construction company seeking a college or High school graduate person for daily office work.
Responsibilities are :
- Communicating on many levels with subcontractors, engineers, owners, laborersetc.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Maintain project records, time cards and receipts expenses.
- Assist in obtaining permits and licenses.
- Filing all paperwork in the appropriate file folders.
- Answering and transferring phone calls, or take messages.
- Ability to work independently.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working on Microsoft office: Window & Excel
- Previous construction administrative experience is a plus
- Associate Degree or some college course in accounting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Flexible, skilled at multi-tasking, detail-oriented and organized.
