Job Summary:
As we start to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator and Client Care Coordinator to be the backbone of our day-to-day operations. As the first hire in this role, you will work closely with the business owner and wear multiple hats, contributing not just to office management but also to marketing, sales, and strategic initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives on making a difference, and is ready to step into a dynamic and fulfilling career that includes future leadership opportunities.
Core Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for caregivers.
Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure each client receives the care they need when they need it.
Serve as a point of contact for caregivers, addressing concerns & forwarding issues to management.
Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and forwarding issues to management.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED; further education in a related field is preferred.
At least two years of experience in home care or a related healthcare setting.
High proficiency with office software and adeptness at learning new systems.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, ready to proactively tackle challenges.

Working Environment:
This role will be primarily working from home.
May require on-site office support as needed Monday through Friday.
Local travel to meet with caregivers as needed.
