We are currently hiring an Entry Level Staffing Recruiter to join our office in Orange, CA.
As an entry level recruiter, you'll be instrumental in our success by managing many openings from our clients ensuring positions are filled promptly while delivering exceptional service to candidates. Your role involves thorough candidate screening, guiding them through the hiring process, and ensuring our clients satisfaction with the qualified candidates you provide.
Job duties are as follows but not limited to:
Fill open positions urgently with qualified candidates.
Make 50+ calls daily and handle incoming recruiting inquiries.
Recruit, screen, process, and place qualified candidates.
On-board and train new Employees.
Implement company culture, values and policies.
Provide management with requested reports and documents.
Coordinate events focused on employee recognition.
Accurately maintain employee files.
Assist with payroll processing.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting or other related fields a plus.
Knowledge of labor and employment laws.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual: English & Spanish a plus.
Must be flexible to work overtime upon company needs.
Pay Rate: $20-$23 an hour DOE
