Our Financial Firm is seeking an assitant to the CEO
Duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to executives
- Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Transcribe meeting minutes and distribute to attendees
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- File and organize documents in both physical and electronic formats
- Greet visitors and provide assistance at the front desk
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling customer service inquiries
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar for scheduling purposes
