POSITION: ADMIN / DISPATCH / SCHEDULER
You will be responsible for:
✅ Answering inbound calls & booking jobs
✅ Scheduling plumbing & construction appointments
✅ Dispatching technicians and coordinating job timelines
✅ Following up with clients, providing updates, and confirming availability
✅ Creating work orders, estimates, and sending invoices (training provided)
✅ Managing calendars, emails, and job-tracking systems
✅ Supporting the owner and field crews as needed
✅ Office tasks (filing, organizing, customer updates)
PREFERENCES (NOT REQUIRED)
Experience with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, or similar CRM
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Understanding of basic construction or plumbing terminology
Ability to problem-solve without hand-holding
