Southwest Patrol is a security company that is looking for a office worker to start work ASAP and who is able to prepare reports and deal with timesheets , who possesses excellent time management and communication skills, is detail oriented, a team player and has a strong sense of integrity. The ideal candidate will be able to do everyday tasks that involve Payroll such as data entry, and other miscellaneous administrative tasks. We will train the right person. Must be able to handle office environment and be self-motivated to keep track of all duties and responsibilities especially follow-ups on unresolved and/or unfinished issues.

1 month training schedule 0700-1530

After all Training is complete: Monday- Friday please keep in mind schedule will rotate

working a 0800-1730 8.5 hour shift with a 30 min non paid lunch pay $23.00 an hour paid weekly. After 90 day probation is completed a raise will be given.

Self-starter -Able to work on their own, comfortable taking on responsibilities without having to be continually directed.

Good people skills. Able to comfortably interact with management, fellow employees, third parties, etc. in a positive manner.

Must be able to follow instructions and directions to perform job tasks.

Possesses good verbal and written skills.

Must help to solve problems as opposed to starting, adding to or feeding on them.

Ability to multitask several assignments simultaneously.
