We are a well-established Commercial Door and Dock Company seeking a highly motivated Office Assistant who can provide administrative support to our Operations Manager. This position would have a flexible work schedule of part time or full time if desired.
Responsibilities include:
Answers phone calls
Administrative duties such as scheduling, filing, copying, scanning, etc.
Additional tasks related to the organization will also be assigned (Training provided)
Qualifications:

-Attention to detail
-Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus!
Compensation
Position pays between $18-24 an hour depending on experience
