Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Assistant located in Fullerton, CA. The Front Office Assistant will handle daily tasks including answering phone calls with proper etiquette, scheduling appointments, providing administrative support, and performing various clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations.

Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Administrative Assistance
Solid Clerical Skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Bilingual
