we are hiring a FULL- TIME/ PART- TIME office assistant to join our team.
**Requirements**

MUST Speak fluent English & Spanish
MUST high school/ GED completed

**Job Description**
Answering dealership phones
Greeting and receiving prospects and customers
Updating customer records
Lead management
Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
Assisting in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
Assisting in the dealer exchange of vehicle process
organize office and some light cleaning
