Trying to hire an Office assistant/Service Coordinator for a part time position in Southern Orange County. Looking for someone who can schedule service calls, process work orders, dispatch and follow-up with clientele. You need to have good communication skills, some knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook), Good team player mentality, fast learner, preferably past experience working at a service industrial company and know the area pretty well (South OC).
