At Molor, we're on a mission to spread joy and positivity through our new beautifully designed products. As we expand our reach, we're seeking an Office Associate & Tradeshow Sales Representative who thrives on face-to-face interactions and has a keen eye for identifying opportunities.
Role Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers at monthly tradeshows, and events.
- Willing to travel for tradeshows and events.
- Drive sales & cultivate relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Help set up trade show booths and events when needed.
- Collaborate with the design/marketing team to develop strategies for maximizing sales opportunities when needed.
- Collaborate with the design/marketing team on Social content developments and deliveries.
- Office duties ( Office Computer Skills, Email Mgmt, Correspondence, Organization, Follow-Ups, Well Spoken, People-Person, Expenses Tracking, Errand Running, Assistant duties, P.A duties ).
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Qualifications:
- Minor Experience in sales, preferably in a retail or event-based environment.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have Reliable Transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for our mission and a genuine interest in our products.
- A high school diploma or college degree is preferred.
