Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, and maintain calendars for upcoming clients.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Assist in MARKETING INITIATIVES, including social media management, content creation, and marketing campaign coordination.
Collaborate with the Team to support marketing initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries
Schedule appointments and manage the service calendar efficiently
Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
Knows how to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of marketing principles, familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Speaking Spanish is a plus.
