Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other platforms
Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
Assess applicants/ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
Onboard new employees to ensure smooth integration
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
May assist in other HR tasks
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of recruiting experience
High school diploma or GED required
AA or BA in Human Resources is preferred
Knowledgeable and can execute retention programs
Able to handle high volume recruiting
Great attention to details and organizational skills
Efficient in computer usage, Microsoft Suites, E-Verify, and background checks
Front Office Dental Assistant - Los Alamitos, CA
$22/hour to $27/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Greet, check in, and check out patients
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls as well as emails and/or texts
Manage appointments by scheduling, rescheduling, canceling, and confirming appointments
Maintain patient files and dental records
Process insurance claims and verify patient benefits
Prepare and send patient invoices and billing statements
Collect payments and manage financial transactions
Collect necessary paperwork and documents from patients
Provide clear information regarding treatment plans and costs
Give excellent customer service to patients
Qualifications:
1+ yr of experience as a Front Office Dental Assistant or similar field
Knowledgeable in dental terminology and insurance billing procedures
Proficient with dental office software and electronic health records
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
