A small publishing-educational center in Santa Ana needs an office assistant to work 7-12 hours per week, or probably one or two days per week (flexible hours), with possible later expansion of hours.
He or she will handle product shipping, order processing, and updating of computer customer records – with possible expansion to include website formatting and updating, layout work, supply procurement, and general office duties. He or she should have experience with Microsoft Office.
After becoming familiar with the job, some work will most likely be handled from home.
Desirable but not essential is experience with general network connectivity troubleshooting, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and/or e-commerce, and/or Wordpress, Drupal or other CMS.
Requirements: attention to detail, dependable, good communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
