Growing property management office is looking for a motivated, reliable, self-starter to help us continue our growth. Duties will include the following.
1. Customer Service
- Answer incoming calls
- Reviewing incoming work orders and assigning vendors.
2. Administrative Duties:
- Update property management software and databases.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and office organization.
- Adding, updating and approving vendors
3. Tenant Relations:
- Assist with tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Facilitate lease renewals and tenant move-ins/move-outs.
- Completing tenant move-in and move-out inspections

This is an in office position. Part time to start with a full time position possible after 90 days.
