Seeking a part-time Community Manager to live on-site and manage our 35 unit community in West Anaheim.
You will work 20-24 hours per week handling resident concerns, coordinating maintenance, leasing vacant apartments and helping to manage property level projects. In exchange, you will receive discounted rent on a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment of $1,270 per month, hourly pay of $18.50 and flexible hours.
This is a great job for someone who works from home or is looking to supplement other part-time or semi-full time employment.
