Ticket Writer/Cashier/Sales - Full Time
We are looking for outgoing and energetic individual to greet upcoming customers for a Full-Service Car Wash in Santa Ana. This person will also work as
a cashier. Has excellent customer service skills that is friendly and helpful.
As Ticket Writer/Sales, this person should
-issue tickets and up sell the services
-have at least Light Sales Experience
-be able to handle some light physical work
-have driver license and a good driving record
As a Cashier, this person should
- have excellent customer service skills that is friendly and helpful.
- make customers leave feeling better than when they came.
- Greet customers with a smile and always be courteous and respectful.
- Be proactive by paying attention to customers’ needs and offering help or recommendations before they ask.
- Upsell, Handle difficult customers and deal with complaints.
Excellent customer service involves showing the customer that they are important and to interact in a friend, helpful, positive way.
